If you are seeing this company as a third party property management company for a home, BEWARE. We moved in less than a week ago and there have been several maintenance issues that were not solved prior to move in. The “operation manager” Stephane is incredibly disrespectful and rude. He has no compassion for the fact that so much money was just spent to move in and so many maintenance problems have occurred at the same time. My car was towed due to the management not specifying where to park and no update as far as a refund due to negligence has been mentioned. We were forced to move in immediately and they didn’t give us the townhome in a proper condition. This has been a horrible experience and extremely insensitive for our first townhome.
The program they have is very easy for you to connect to the rental program and make city's and very good customer service
